Leading professional membership body based in Central London are looking to recruit an Events Marketing Executive to look after a range of conferences and training products.

You would be joining a global renowned organisation, dedicated to supporting professionals in property, land and construction and environmental assets. About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an events marketing role
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in creating emails, including copy writing
  • Experienced in putting together and executing detailed marketing plans
  • Used to working with data (CRM), including segmentation, data pulling and management
  • Good reporting skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including time and stakeholder management, as well as great organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently without strict supervision
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritise tasks and deliver to strict deadlines

Key responsibilities include:

  • Putting together and executing marketing activity plans for conferences and training products
  • Working with product teams and various other stakeholders
  • Writing email copy and building emails
  • Managing data selections and providing lists for marketing activities
  • Writing copy for the web and updating websites
  • Developing and executing social media campaigns
  • Managing direct mail campaigns
  • Working with agency and designers on marketing collateral creation
  • Briefing and engaging sales teams
  • Managing campaign budgets
  • Working with media buyers to book and manage external advertising
