Leading publisher and organiser of global conferences is looking for a marketing leader to work on delivering 6 highly successful global conferences and training courses. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and organised self-starter who will be responsible for delivering revenue, developing and executing the marketing strategy, supporting sponsorship and driving growth. 

About you

  • Solid experience of planning and creating conference marketing campaigns using a wide range of digital and offline channels
  • Experience in identifying and successfully implementing new initiatives to attract audiences and generate revenue
  • Data-driven, you will be responsible for growth, development and lead generation
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met at all times
  • International marketing experience
  • KPI driven, a natural problem solver
  • Methodical, organised and innovative in your approach
  • An outgoing and effective communicator, skilled at engaging, influencing and connecting with in-house specialists, and external organisations

Key responsibilities include

  • Responsibility for all marketing communications to ensure quality, message and brand values are maintained
  • Growing the existing portfolio through building and retaining delegate audiences, and building sustainable audiences for new conferences
  • Identifying and embracing new marketing methods, driving forward and implementing new and creative ideas to support revenue targets
  • Responsibility for database strategy, development and lead generation
  • Developing strong internal and external relationships
  • Managing constructive relationships with key contacts
