B2B media and events company is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within B2B events marketing, team management, digital marketing and content strategy, as well as focusing on campaign optimisation and event growth.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B events marketing environment, ideally large scale events
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing and developing a marketing team
  • Demonstrable experience in developing events marketing strategies
  • Strong experience in digital marketing
  • Collaborative approach, track record of working effectively with sales and production teams
  • Track record of growing events revenues YOY
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong marketing systems experience
  • Experienced in SEO, PPC and CRM

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Developing the marketing strategy across all events
  • Supporting the team in hitting KPIs
  • Working closely with sales and production
  • Evolving the brand strategy across all event portfolios
  • Grow and develop the marketing team
  • Create marketing content
  • Ensure website content is up to date and relevant
  • Write and deliver clear data and creative briefs
