Senior Programme Manager

Working for one the UK’s leading providers of training courses to the public sector, the Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for the production of the policy training courses.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer who is hard working and content driven.  You will have a keen attention to detail and an interest in policy and public affairs.  There is great opportunity for growth for the Senior Programme Manager!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Researching new course ideas and updating of content on repeat courses
  • Inviting speakers and liaising with clients and trainers
  • Providing marketing briefs to the relevant teams
  • Assisting with new course development and updating of content on repeat courses
  • Mentoring and managing Programme Assistants
  • Working with the Head of Programme to develop the forthcoming schedule of courses

Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (2.1 and above, and ideally with a keen interest in public policy)
  • 1 years + experience producing conference or training courses
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to make strong commercial decisions based on research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed and driven individual with a positive attitude
