Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sponsorship Sales leader to join an agile team within a leading conference and events company. The company has been creating and running well-respected conferences in the HR sector for several years.

They are currently refreshing and innovating within their portfolio for 2018 and are looking to hire a strong sponsorship salesperson to lead sales across the portfolio.

The role will include selling bespoke sponsorship partnerships, working closely with partners to integrate them within the programmes, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding product as well as winning new business.

About you:

  • Experience in selling sponsorship packages for B2B conferences and events is crucial
  • You will have a consistent record of over achieving sponsorship targets
  • Account Development – you will be able to provide evidence of account growth across a portfolio of conference and events products
  • Demonstrable success in selling to big consultancy or tech brands
  • Experience in leadership and people management – evidence of achieving success through a team
  • Contribution to business growth – you can show examples of playing a real role in the growth of a portfolio
  • You will have a strong focus on personal development and continuous training
